Ratings & Reviews for Greenworks 24-volt 12-in Telescopic Shaft Battery String Trimmer Edger Conversion Capable 2 Ah (Battery Included) (Charger Included)

Amazing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this product for some time now and it’s been great! The mower is lightweight and easy to use, the weed eater slices like butter, and the leaf blower is the best I’ve ever owned!

Bad batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this package a few months ago and have only used the blower. The batteries never held a charge very well and now dont work at all. I haven’t even been able to use the mower or string trimmer since I live in a cold state.

Great product, easy to use!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the this at a cousins house and was happy with the ease of use and the versatility of the 24v system. I’m now getting a mower, trimmer, and blower.

Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter since she didn't have one. As we know, a string trimmer is a required tool for home maintenance. The light weight and many features make this a top notch choice to use for lawn care.

DO NOT BUY

I purchased this trimmer, but the auto feeding doesn’t work, so consequently, I have to continuously stop, take the head apart, and manually pull out the string to keep trimming. This is a waste of a tremendous amount of time and string. This is the absolute worst. Don’t buy it.

Weak string trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like a nice tool, but string does not advance when needed. Tap and go does not seem to work. After using for one complete battery charge, the trimmer has lost power, and fails to start turning. Even when assisting it to start turning, it doesn't have enough power to cut. Tried new battery, same thing. Checked to make sure there is nothing wound around the head, and there is not. Not happy with this unit.

Good little worker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Single battery gets me through most of what I need on a 2/3 acre lot.

Great tool, worth buyiyagain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this trimmer for years, but broke it (accidentally closed a shed door on it). I set out looking for a replacement, but other manufacturers didn't compare. It's light but has the power needed for my lawn. The edging feature makes all the difference. It's a very easy step to edge. Batteries are still going strong!!

Cordless weedeaters.

Would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my daughter to replace a heavy Kobalt one. She loves it, it is light weight and shorter for her to use.

Just what I needJohnny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking forward to receiving and using my new trimmer!

Works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery life is pretty good, it's powerful, and it's good for edging as well.

Versatile trimmer and edger in one tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very versatile trimmer and edger tool makes it easy to switch back-and-forth. I had the first generation of the same tool and liked it so much I decided to try the second generation which is much easier to use.

I recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight, easy to put together, and works well.

Not up to the Greenworks standards

Never got it to work correctly. We love our other Greenworks tools, but could never figure out what was wrong with this one. I ordered replacement line, but that didn't help.
