Pole saw exceeded expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long term gas chain saw user, I was unsure about what to expect with this battery operated model. It had enough power to easily cut branches of 6" diameter.

I am so glad I got this

Just got this but so far it is well worth the month I put in the back of my zero turn and as I come across the brush I just grab it and quickly prune those bushes back man I wish I had this min saw a log time ago it saves me so much time

Not an improvement over older model

So disappointed in this newer version. The tensioner is finicky - it's a two part system - many times the chain gets loose on this newer model saw and I have to monkey around with the tensioner for minutes to adjust the chain tension whereas the older model was straight forward and took only seconds. Also, the newer chain saw changed the oil tank style and location thus causing oil leaks whereas the older model I never had any problems. The newer chainsaw is longer whereas the older chainsaw ...

Quality for the price

I bought this saw a couple weeks ago over another brand saw. For the money, I got twice the saw and charger/battery. No brained!

Cordless Chainsaw

I am a 63 year old widow and I found the Greenworks Chainsaw to be very easy to start and handle. Just charge the battery and push a button..its that easy. And its light weight also so no heavy lifting.

Disappointed-Chain Doesn’t Stay On

The pole saw is completely useless because the chain does not stay on. Such a waste of money.

Powerful and fast

This is a great tool. Powerful and effective. Tightening the chain is easy, but would be nice if it had an auto tensioning system. Fast cutting.

Cheapo plastic toy chainsaw at a premium price. I used it for one day, and I'm returning it. Absolute rubbish!

Great little saw

This saw is lightweight, easy to use and powerful enough to get through small trees and branches. It is a great saw!

EXACTLY as expected!

I bought this as a lighter duty chainsaw to complement my full time powerhorse. It is lightweight, goes through thicker branches like butter and the power time is quite impressive. To be clear, this is not a primary saw, but it goes days without recharging and helps 2 people take down a large tree much quicker - one works on the main trunk while the other uses this saw to take out branches. If this one fails, I will happily purchase another one!

Good chain saw

Did what I wanted it to. Good price was able to take down a bunch of trees on one charge. If you are looking for a hobby chainsaw this clicks every box. It was easy to set up and go to work. My 12 was able to use it.
