What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise fiberglass rebar as a lightweight, corrosion-resistant alternative to steel, particularly valuing its ease of cutting with standard tools and reduced physical strain during handling. Many report high satisfaction for coastal, pool, and garden applications where rust previously caused damage. Reviewers note installation mirrors steel rebar processes without modification. However, most emphasize wearing gloves during handling, as fiberglass fibers can irritate skin and cause splinters. A few mention it cannot be bent and costs more than traditional rebar. Despite these minor drawbacks, the vast majority consider it an excellent long-term solution.

Would RecommendMichael B. did a nice job helping me load the truck. Re-Bar is easier to cut, just can't bend it like steel. My layout didn't need bends so this was perfect. While the material is coated, there is still fiberglass dust while cutting and can split on the end if not careful. Overall, great alternative and I would use it again.
Good Alternative to traditional rebar
This seems like a good alternative to steel rebar, especially for home projects. It is lighter and I do like that it is corrosion resistant. It is lighter that steel rebar and bends easily when necessary.

Never received order! Ordered flooring, should have received in 5 days. Checked often in store and by phone. Nobody ever called me back.
