It sprays
Would RecommendDid its job! and did it well. I did not have much of an issue with splatter. It would happen ever so often but wasn't a big deal at all. Did a great job at keeping me from bending over to spray a while wall 8 ft high. And from not having to over extend my arm to paint ceilings.Did a good job.

Would RecommendWorked great I'm 6' and only had to bend slightly to spray 16'x32' deck. Sprayed oil based stain no dilution on entire deck in 30 min's backrolled and did it again. I also sprayed newer "treated" pine and it took the stain pretty good, I was happily surprised.
