High battery usage
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit uses batteries. my son plays it a lot and goes thru 1 set of batteries a day. When half discharged will not work in cd player. Still good for flashlights and remotes. Probably will buy a rechargeable unit next time.

They changed the volume button, I'm glad because the old model you had to readjust the volume each time. You started a new disc. The ear buds provided hurt my ears, room for improvement there

HORRIBLE. DON'T BOTHER
Would Not RecommendI needed to replace my old CD player for company during long walks. My favorite player was not quickly available, so I bought the GXP. Big mistake -- and it's even more expensive than the one I wanted. The GPX interface is not user friendly (plus I hate the "open here" push button.) And the fact that CDs start all over instead of remembering where they left off is a huge disadvantage. I could deal with that, but no. The deal breaker is that this player abruptly and without warning stops and sh...
