Ratings & Reviews for Gorilla Playsets Avalon with Vinyl Canopy Roof and Trapeze Arm Residential Wood Playset

Wonderful Construction

My granddaughter is enjoying her playset every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids love it. Looks sturdy and safe. Had them put it together, took him about 5 hrs to assemble.

Will it ever be delivered?

Ordered end of May and still haven’t received the swing set. Lowe’s and vendor continuously point fingers at each other on why it hasn’t shipped, blaming the other for being responsible. Lowe’s customer service promises call backs and never calls us back. Horrible experience with Lowe’s. Do not recommend buying a swing set or any large purchase through Lowe’s. Will we ever even receive? Who know.

Not easy to assemble and some inferior wood that cracked when trying to assemble also was difficult in some areas to follow instructions, We had 3-4 assembly folks that know how to use power tools and it still took about 10 hours for assembly
