Great product

Nest cams are simply the best.

These work fine two just like this one and two of the outdoor battery ones. But the Wi-Fi went out for a few hours which was supposedly worldwide and now they won't work anymore they won't let me redo them they won't do anything so about 4 to $500 worth of cameras are just trash now.

I have mostly Google home devices and these are good and work well with the app. For the price of the Google devices I would expect better video quality even on the highest setting they are not the best that you’d expect and I do have a better one that has better video quality made by Swann I paid $25 for but it does not work with Google home, I think the price should be about 25 percent lower in the Google products judging from all the ones I have except the Google nest thermostat works flawles...

To bulky and cumbersome!

Although I like Nest/Google products, this one was not user friendly. I got a message that all the current nest cameras I have need to be replaces by April 2024. So I gave these a shot. The other cameras are much more user friendly with mounting, angles and size. I guess I'll just have to use a different brand as nest/google won't support their current products. (which were quite costly as well).

In My View, Google Nest Cameras Are Good Quality

I had to replace my Nest cameras because Google Nest upgraded their Application and cameras and all my older Nest cameras would fail to work after early 2024. Although I'm not happy about that, I am happy with the newer Google Nest cameras. These cameras are good quality, easy to install, and, through the Google Nest Application offer a few ways one can monitor/record video and sound.

I have really come to LOVE this security camera. It alerts you on your phone where ever you are if someone enters your home or room. This is the primary thing I wanted. You can also download the video of someone setting off the alert on your phone. It holds in memory all alarm history for 3 hours. An absolute waste of money for Nest owners

The camera quality is on par with every other video camera by Wyze or the slew of other brands but they are 1/3 the cost. $100 for a camera yet they are NOT compatable with their own Google Nest Cameras used on the Nest app? You need 2 separate apps if you have the previous and far superior Nest camera and or doorbells (Before Google purchased the company). The Nest app for the "Nest" Cameras, and the Google Home app for the "Google Nest" Cameras... just dumb. The Google Home app can't handle...
