Went through all the steps in the app to connect the camera, but on the final step it failed multiple times. Had to return it.

My review is on lowes and not the camera. I ordered the camera and refrigerator together. My camera was a pickup from the store and my refrigerator was schedulednfor delivery. At the original pickup location for the camera,i never rece8ved an email the entire day so i called to verify that my order was there and was informed that they were waiting for someone to pick it. Terrible product that does not work

I have owned four google nest cameras for the past two years, and they have been an absolute disaster. They randomly shut off and cannot be remotely turned back on. I have to get a ladder, go outside, and manually cycle the power. Of my four cameras, two are usually offline at any given time. The event detection algorithm is awful. 24/7 history is a paid feature, and automatic event detection routinely misses critical events. If you didn't pay for 24/7, you're out of luck. Event missed. ...

Buyer Beware

The first camera that Lowes sent me had been opened. The seal was broken. The camera did not work. I paid Lowes the price for a brand new unused item and they did this. Sent me a used and broken item. I sent Lowes an email about this and never received a reply.

No more Google products

I had two battery-operated cameras, and eventually, they would no longer charge. Additionally, I had perfectly functioning smoke detectors, but Google decided to support no longer the product, which forced me into buying new smoke detectors (my mistake). Then, Google decided to stop supporting my perfectly operating generation 1 and 2 thermostats, so I could no longer use the app to control my thermostats. I will no longer be buying any Google products.

Google Nest garbage

previous house i had Google Nest thermostat, doorbell, cameras, and smoke detectors. Now Google requires multiple apps to monitor and the products refuse to quickly be added to the app. they added to my wife's but when I go to add they cannot be found even while actively displaying on my wife's app.
