You have to reuse the old screws,.
Would RecommendThe mailbox was a straight forward purchase that took less than five minutes to install. There are only four screws to remove from the old mailbox and put onto the new mailbox. My only suggestion is to put four new screws in the packaging vice using the old screws.

Inspect any returned item before buying
This was the only one on the shelf and had been returned. Mailbox was dirty and still had the residue from previous street numbers. Also had a small dent like it had been dropped. C’mon Lowe’s, do an inspection before accepting. Should have had a discount. Cleaned it up so I didn’t return but not happy.
