Would Not RecommendI will never own another generac anything. Lost power for about 7 hours now. Came home wired it to my panel, ran for 4 hours and now nothing. Only owned it for a year and if that’s all you get from it for $1000 it’s 100% not worth it. What a joke of a company

This was purchased due to power outages. The assembly went well but it was tricky for this 78 year old to maneuver the weight. I was most impressed by the staff guy at the store who loaded it into the back of my vehicle without scratching anything. We haven’t been able to actually use it yet. The power has not been interrupted since assembly and start up. I hope we never need it!

Floor install
Ali did a great job on the floor and listened to my concerns. The sales people were extremely vague with install instructions. The price was fair. And Ali took away all the scrap flooring.

Absolute Junk. I thought Generac was a brand you can depend on. I lost my electric and needed a generator. I purchased a Generac and took it home. Filled w/ oil and gas. Read the manual and followed the steps to start. Started right up only to stop about a minute later. Restarted and again quick after about a minute. Very frustrated! I have 2 refrigerators and a full-size freezer I needed to keep running. Generac failed me.

GENERAC IS LOSING IT'S QUALITY
Would Not RecommendI just purchased (7/1/16) and had delivered, the Generac G0090010 generator with duel fuel -- gas & propane.. The chain attached to the gas cap and the gas tank was broken when I first opended the cap. One of the plastic boot terminal covers (black-negative), was completely missing. Also doesn't seem to run nearly as well on propane than gas - fluctuations in power.
