Something is Wrong with it
I bought this a month ago and it’s still not working properly. It runs for 15 seconds and then shuts off. After five cycles of this it stops altogether. They are still trying to figure out the issue. I am happy to review again once it works properly.

Right out of the box!!!
I had installed Apr 22 2026 bad control panel finally working properly May 20 2026 a lot of money for a product to need repair right out of box. Not sure about its quality guess we’ll see

Would RecommendWhat I liked most that I was able to purchase the unit from Lowe’s and it was dropped shipping directly to my residence. I was originally working with a Generac dealer and they wanted 2 1/2 times more to install the unit versus a licensed electrician. Saving me $1500 on my project.

Would Not Recommend15 plus thousand dollars waste of money. Our contractor called the generac service tech at our home 04/17. Unable to reach the generac service tech after the contractor spent most of the day at our home trying to get the generac generator to run.
