Can’t find a parts manual anywhere. I need to replace the side enclosure panel. Other than that it seems to be working fine. Just need to go camping and try it out

Generator is quiet and started on 3rd pullstart. Instruction misleading on electric start! Shows how to hook battery at battery studs! Cost me $20 to find out line behind battery was unplugged! Already hooked to fully charged battery!! Quietly does job using very little gas, haven't tried LP yet. WELL satisfied with it! Used to trim all my hedges about 4 hours, some 150 ft from a plug in! BLESSINGS!!!

Worked as advertised. Saved my food supply!

Used it twice now for neighborhood wide power outages. It has enough power to keep a refrigerator, freezer and some electronics going. For the first outage I had charged the battery and it started with the electric start. For the next outage, battery wasn't charged enough. However, the pull start worked easy on the first try.

Great portable Inverter/generator

I'm very pleased with the purchase of this model Generac Inverter. Really like the dual fuel operation and its low noise level. The other features that did NOT disappoint is its mobility to move around with the clever pull up handle, makes it very easy to maneuver as I'm a senior citizen. Generac

Bought at Menards used for the first time 30 days after and it would shut down when any load was applied, had to get it serviced not replaced. Works fine now but would have preferred a new one not waiting 4 weeks fir a repair

Generac would not start

Ordered Generac 3500 GP manual start. Was exited to get it going . Topped it off with fuel and oil as recommended. Pulled the handle about 100times . Could never get it started. Opened the side panel where the oil plug is located . Didnt see anything unusual . Was about to give up box it and return it to Lowe’s when I decided to open the panel from the pull side . Just looked in there to see if something was off or anything I could see. Lo and behold I see a quick attachment cable was disconnect...

The inverter generator works as advertised. I thought it would start better than it does. It takes at least 4 pulls to get it started. My Briggs lawn mower starts on 1 pull and the generator takes 4 or more. Could be bettered engineered.

Generac do better

I have bought one b4 this one and the second one I bought was defective and I returned it for another one and this one I’m waiting for a part to come in bc the panel that tells u the hours and level of fuel doesn’t work

Hard cranking

Good product, takes at least 3 pulls to crank each time. Hard cranking only downside

I bought this well over a month ago for use if we lose electricity. Have set it up and started it but nothing else. I hope it works as an inurance policy and prevents us from loosing service. If that is the case, I am pleased I made the purchase. The electric start was a must and that was an important feature when making the purchase. If and when I use the generator, my overall rating could change.

Great generator

Great product, super quiet . Runs flawless have 91 hours on it already.

Super disappointed

I bought this on Friday for our tailgate on Saturday. Put oil in it that came with it, filled it with ethanol free gas and never would start. After 3 hours of trying to get it to start we just gave up. Have never been more disappointed in purchasing a product as buying this portable generator. Ruined the entire tailgate

Good emergency generator

Received this as a gift for Christmas 2023, fallowed the brake-in steps. Got to put it too the test in September, hurricane Helena . I ran this generator for 4 days only to stop to add fuel, change oil at 48hr’s . Ran a freezer, refrigerator, window a/c and modem.
