The Wifi feature is a joke

App will not load notifications that will tell if your door has been left open. That should be the whole point should it not? Will not work on Samsung Android to even allow a notification from the App. May not be important to some but important to me. I did not get what I paid for.

Not worth

Poorly made for a profile fridge. Top racks droop with little weigh. Fridge is conductive of current, and its not my outlets.Wish i had bought a bosch

New home, new refrigerator

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, so the jury is still out on longevity and such, but a few things really impressed me immediately. First, it's practically silent, I never hear it running. Second, the interior lighting is excellent, making it easy to see where things are even if they're not right in front of you. The quick door on the right is ridiculously convenient if that's where you keep your go to's like coffee creamer, milk, or water bottle. The auto-fill feature for water is nice, but ...

The perfect refrigerator for me!

Deliver was fantastic

Eric and Brian showed up 30 minutes early than scheduled. They had completed everything with in 45 minutes. No scratches on anything. Floor is all good and unit is working. Very impressive service and good for Lowes image.

Great Fridge!

Lots of space, easy to clean, get to the ice box and change the filter.

GE Profile Refrigerator

I like this refrigerator in general. I especially like the door in door feature. The automatic water dispenser is handy and the ounce readout is nice for filling containers where you can't see the levels. The only negative that I have on this refrigerator is the ice maker. We use quite a lot of ice and we have depleted the ice supply frequently. This never happened on our previous Samsung refrigerator.

Too Loud, not fan

This is a very nice fridge but it is annoyingly loud. It's not the fan either, it's more like the hum a transformer makes. Once you hear it, you can't u hear it. Our 20 year old GE Profile french door is quieter w/o the hum, so much for progress. And for that reason, I'm out...going to exchange it.

SOME QUALITY ISSUES

PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT. HOWEVER THE CONTROL PANEL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY AND IS PEELING UP AT THE CORNERS

Would not buy another GE profile applicance

Thoroughly disappointed with my GE profile refrigerator. The refrigerator is only two years old and the freezer section has already having issues with cooling intermittently. It also has a problem with the icemaker. When dispensing ice at the door, it sometimes will actually close the valve after Isis dispenses but only recently it stopped doing this, and therefore doesn’t make ice anymore. Ice maker problems

Ice maker does not function after water to the house has been turned off for vacation. Service call necessary less than one year after purchase. Ice maker replaced during second year. Ice maker again does not function

Excellent product

Love the design of this fridge. Very efficient, accessibility.Would like a draw with wells in it for storing beverages in the third door. Forseen in the future product. I still would give it a 5 star!
