Do not buy. A piece of junk. The water takes forever to filter out and the door is already breaking.

good refrigerator/ bad ice maker

The refrigerator looks good but doesn't make enough ice for a family of 5. also, the stainless steel was wrapped in plastic which is impossible to remove from the trim without using a box knife and one door is higher then the other. I don't recommend this refrigerator for the price.

Fridge is great, but Lowe's lied

I purchased the fridge and paid extra to be delivered the next day. It wasn't, despite the fact that it was agreed and paid for that service, and I had to call customer support and manage to get it delivered in two days. When the fridge arrived, it had huge dents in the back. Customer support agreed to deliver a new one with a discount. The new one was alright, but they acted as if the return was the discounted one, so no discount for me, despite calling Customer Support once again.

less than 1 year use and issues, stay away.

our new GE Profile $2800 refrigerator developed leak of freon/refrigerant and GE Support is 3rd rate, 5 days later tech arrives and is on the phone talking loud to another person or family member and is talking different language from another country, he determined that there is a refrigerant leak on the low end and that they will order 2 replacement parts and will take 2 weeks. Little pricey

Really sharp looking love the interior lighting. Really like the beverage drawer. And it didn't hurt to catch on sale .

GE Profile Refrigerator

Love the features on this GE profile refrigerator. The ice dispenser is a little slow but we haven’t run out of ice so far. Nice water dispenser and inner door for a quick grab of some drinks. This is my favorite refrigerator so far. Hope it lasts longer than Samsung and LG.

Big refrigerator with great options.

So far this refrigerator is perfect, the forth draw takes a little bit to get used too though. The back wall light is soooo nice the whole fridge lights up. Auto light on the door for water/ice comes in very handy if you are night owl. The softclose veggie drawers are over the top for extras. We have more room than what we need with this frigde.

Dented fridge

Worst customer service I've seen in awhile for a dented $2,800 refrigerator.

2 Years 4 months and its dead

This unit only lasted 2 years and 4 months before going belly up. We went away for a few days and when we get home, my son comes to me asking why the milk is not cold and smells funny. I go look, and sure thing the entire fridge is room temp, and EVERYTHING in the freezer is melted/thawed. The fridge is pretty, and the lighting is great, but none of that matters if you have to replace it every 2.5 years. Not for $3k. Do not buy this fridge....run as far as you can.

A Welcome Change

The flexibility of our new refrigerator is amazing. How easy it is to organize items in the fridge. Great lighting!
