Reliable Refrigerator

This is the second GE Profile Refrigerator we have owned. Great product with no issues.

Never became colder than 50 degrees

This model is great however the actual one we received is defective. Not able to reach cold temperature lower than 50 degrees. Replacement not available for20 days. Long time to live out of a cooler

So far so good functionally. . Check back in 4 years. For the sake of ecology, I wish that the water filtration feature is more universal.

Great freezer space

Bad Bad Model! Waste of money

Started using this fridge 2018. I even put an appliance surge protect it from surges. But despite this , the fridge is very inefficient n keeping a safe cool temperature indide I have already set the lowest fridge setting of 34 degrees and the freezer at -6, yet the temperature in the fridge is at 45 and even 50degrees. The coldest freezer setting is supposed to help make the fridge cooler but to no avail. A lot of times, the fridge will just stop working: it would still have power but fans are...

Great fridge

Love the fridge but you need to improve the crushed ice feature. This is the second fridge in a row that the crushed ice is so iffy.

Upper refrigerator is well lit and handy.

Like the lower location for the freezer. Easy to grandkids to grab their ice cream cones.

Reliable and yet simple design

We had one of the prior models that was identical except the door in door. We had it for over 10 years and it survived 4 teenagers that used and abused it before the top half stopped cooling. Hopefully this one lasts just as long or longer with no teenagers.

All good with only issue being freezer door not always sealing completely when closed

Protective film is extremely difficult to remove. Did not come with an installation or owners manual.

1star to good for this refrigerator

This refrigerator was delivered on Sunday, Tuesday it stopped working. I called Lowe’s and they told me that they would swap it out for me. It is now Friday and I still have no refrigerator. My husband and I pulled the refrigerator out and there was fluorescent yellow fluid on the floor. I opened the freezer door in the same fluorescent yellow fluid is in the bottom drawer. GE is supposed to be a good product? I don’t think so. So now a week later, I still have no refrigerator and I’m trying to ...

So worth every penny!

We were browsing for a new fridge and saw this one. It had the features I wanted (deli drawers, controllable veggie and fruit drawers) and the features hubby wanted (ice maker). I didn't really care for the door in door feature, but now that I have it I quite enjoy it. It's quiet when it runs and comfortably fits everything we need for when family comes for holidays.

Very good

They work very well and are easy to work with. I like the appearance and the features.

My new favorite appliance

Love the design and ease of use. I especially like the through the door access.

Had to wait for back order for deliver. I love the door in door feature. Worth the wait.
