Amazing quality

Very nice fridge. It's huge from the one we had before and we love it! We always get the ice cubes for our beautiful coffee machine for Frappuccinos and it's amazing how it keeps our meat and veggies fresh all the time

Excellent Refrigerator

Great product. It’s works perfectly good. We love it.

Caveat emptor

Delivered with “door in door” function inoperable (would not latch shut), there’s an obvious gap in the gasket on one door that seals against the body of the fridge, the fridge doors are nowhere near parallel and the best part - the unit DOESN’T COOL. Let it run nonstop for the recommended 24 hours and the inside of the unit was warmer than the room temp. So I had to call service to schedule a tech to come to the house to HOPEFULLY fix all the issues with this unit - or get me a new one on orde...

Side-by-side GE Profile refrigerator

In general I love my new refrigerator. The door-in-door option is especially nice when retrieving a quick item like a carton of milk. If I had to change anything it would be to put the ice maker in the freezer. Having the ice maker in the door almost eliminates storage in this door - I’ve only been able to put small items like sticks of butter on these two upper shelves which makes them pretty much wasted space. GE and Lowe’s, please stop selling this fridge

For the love of your consumers, Lowe’s — please STOP selling this fridge. In less than 3 months of ownership, I’ve had a service technician visit 3 times. Have had food spoiled. The inside temps never got below 44 degrees despite setting the temp at 34. Found out that the compressor is fried. Had a new compressor put in by GE Appliances tech. Now it’s rattling. This is a tragedy of an appliance and should never have left the warehouse.

Needs repair help two weeks after purchase

Repair man coming Monday after 6-8 or so install as fridge not cooling. Also door (door in door feature) quit working.So we'll see what happens. Just bought a mini freezer to put in my frozen foods so won't lose them if a major problem found.

GE no longer good company

I see this is no longer being made. As someone else said, it is noisy, the fan that moves the air went out in under 2 years. The lights in ours went to very dim about 5 months ago. Eve getting an undamaged appliances from GE was a problem. We had to reject delivery on the 1st refrigerator, reject the 1st cooktop, and microwave as all were damaged. The company I work for used GE appliances for years and left GE due to problems. GE was once a fine reputable company, but no more sadly.

Noisy

Very loud. Also having issues locking the milk door to open the full door to the refrigerator

Nothing special

Since you emphasized the auto fill and the door in a door I’ll judge from those two the auto fill overflowed and the latch on the door doesn’t work.

Works well & looks good

Holds temps well. Lots of room. Especially like the extra lower ice maker I installed separately. Love the auto water fill. Water doesn't come out so hard that it splashes in your cup. Adjusted shelves to what works for us.

Nice refrigerator

Wasn’t our first choice but same brand which we love. The first choice could not be delivered due to the middle drawer not being able to removed. We have had this model for a month and it is very nice.

Compressor failed at 14 months

Read the 1-star reviews over the past year! Multiple customers are complaining of compressor failure from 2022-2023. $1100 to fix. We called GE to ask about this issue and they were rude. If you know this is a problem and fixed it, you need to also make this right for your customers who are out 1000s of dollars. We bought nearly $5000 in appliances from GE last year and will not be doing business in the future.

Reliable Refrigerator

This is the second GE Profile Refrigerator we have owned. Great product with no issues.

Never became colder than 50 degrees

This model is great however the actual one we received is defective. Not able to reach cold temperature lower than 50 degrees. Replacement not available for20 days. Long time to live out of a cooler

So far so good functionally. . Check back in 4 years. For the sake of ecology, I wish that the water filtration feature is more universal.
