First GE Profile Dishwasher hasn’t disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first GE Profile Dishwasher I’ve owned and had high expectations that have been met. The cleaning and drying cycles work great and the capacity is perfect. The noise level is very quiet and the dishwasher is efficient. I love using the app as well.

Terrible appliances

Had an entire set for less than two years. The seal leaked and destroyed our kitchen. The seal from what it seems like can’t be replaced so only option is to buy a new one. We also bought one of theirs stoves and one of the ranges quit after a year. Very disappointed

Great capacity and very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have had this dishwasher for about 10 days and we are very happy with it. It is really quiet and always cleans the dishes as expected. The drying could be slightly better on the normal cycle but it works fine with higher drying cycle.

Amazing cleaning power

I loved my other GE dishwasher, because it had the three racks, wine glass holders, easily adjustable middle rack, and fold down rows on the bottom level. This new dishwasher has all those options plus it holds way more dishes. DISAPPOINTED. GOT A LEMON

The dishwasher has been giving problems since the beginning. Many bowls do not come out clean despite proper loading. The upper tray keeps sliding out on its own and loading the lower rack is absolutely a headache because i need to hold the upper rack back. Wish I had three arms. I had called service repair who determined the rack sliding rail needs to be replaced. That was over a month ago and never heard back from anyone. This is a brand new dishwasher and want to get a replacement.

Expect to do more loads and more hand washing

I'm comparing this to my 20 year old GE Profile. I love how quiet this machine is. The biggest trouble I'm having is dish placement. The tines on the second rack are further apart so I can not place as many dishes, which means more loads. In addition, the third rack is so close to the top of the machine that I can not fit most of my spatulas, just because of the bend in them. I also cannot put them in the silverware rack because they impede the second rack water spinner, even with the rack up as...

Perfect Dishwasher

This dishwasher is so quiet sometimes I don’t even know it’s running. The dishes come out sparkling clean and dry.I love the sleek design.

Failed on Day One: Current Sense Module Error 401

The dishwasher was professionally installed today and immediately began reporting a Current Sense Module (401) electrical fault through the SmartHQ app. The unit has not successfully completed a wash cycle, despite multiple power resets. At this point, I cannot evaluate cleaning performance because the dishwasher has not functioned properly since installation. Very disappointing experience for a premium appliance on day one.
