Good machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is super quiet. It cleans a load in about 2 1/2 hours which seems excessive particularly if one has multiple loads to clean. The drying seems fine as well as the capacity of the machine. Sanitization appears to work well. The soap dispenser sometimes gets clogged in that the soap tab does not eject into the washer.

Dishwasher
The dishwasher is very quiet, but loading the dishes doesn't work out as well as other models. As when you put a tall glass in the top, it hits the water jet, so you can't use that. Also, if you put taller stuff in the bottom, then you can't raise you have to raise that up. So the jets don't circling jets, do not hit your plates or your pans, but we do like how quiet it is. It also leans the plates over quite a bit more than other units. So right now, my wife is having problems on how to load th...

Failed after 10 days
Ran it maybe 6 times, already failed due to the control board. Avoid at all cost, why they think adding options nobody wants or needs is a good idea? Wifi control on a dishwasher?!?? Who cares, I want a dishwasher that runs.

Washing arm MELTED during the wash cycle!
Overall - the dishwasher started off as my favorite I’ve ever owned. It is extremely quiet, and although the cycle is long (3.5+ hours), the dishes come out dry and spot free. HOWEVER - the bottom spinner MELTED in the cycle, which then led to water pouring from the unit the next time it ran (we smelled melting plastic but could not identify where it would have been coming from - we never thought to check the factory installed pieces for melting!). Did a lot of research before purchasing this dishwasher. Overall happy with the purchase. Does a really Good job cleaning and the noise is significantly quieter than my previous GE dishwasher. The updated technology with the app connectivity is a cool touch. My only knock is the door lock/seal system. Doesn’t seem as sturdy when closing the door. I really have to make sure I close It evenly and get a proper seal. My previous GE dishwasher had a better locking/seal mechanism. Unfortunate for this...
