It's a unicorn of the category. Awesome fridge

We absolutely love this refrigerator. Seems like a unicorn among refrigerators in this price range if I am honest, whoever designed it is awesome. It holds temperature very well. It's quiet and we never got any significant frost in the freezer. The shelving is well designed and we really appreciate the interior lighting. It's more roomy than many others we have experienced (even with the same dimensions). Sadly we left this unit in the house we sold since we were moving across the count...

fridge door problem needs to be fixed

The refrigerator wasn't installed properly. When the guys were here, they were shown it and they saw that the door wasn't level. They told me I had to call the store.

Questionable reliability

Compressor failed after 13 months. Without a refrigerator for a week. Not reliable I guess. very disappointed.

Best frig yet!

Best designed frig I’ve owned. Makes lots of ice and the filtered water tastes excellent! No more bottled water.

Update to Fridge that became a freezer

Called GE and had to wait for a Service repair tech Because as GE says they are a warranty company. after the diagnosis was "made "he ordered a part and after a week it was installed at 5pm on May 27th. Around 1 am on May 29th the Fridge was completely frozen over. GE is sending a technician out June 4th for a diagnostic not a repair (customer service made that clear). IF another part is needed that will likely add a week for shipping and a third service appointment. Ive now lost 400 dollars in...

Ice maker and freezer 2 doors are great

Fridge got cold super quick and has a ton of space compared to our previous fridge. Ice maker is top notch and keeps us stocked even with all day use.

The refrigerator that became a freezer

We replaced a 2008 GE profile refrigerator with 2026 GE profile because the older model had lasted so long. We purchased the Fridge on April 18th.The ice tray was damaged upon delivery. On May 16th the Fridge(not Freezer) had Completely Frozen all food both solids and liquids. Had to throw out $150 worth of groceries. was told it might be bad ventilation. and to set the temp at highest allowable setting. I LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR

We’ve had the refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and I just love it. The sleek design and look is awesome. The interior configuration is really good. It took a little getting used to but I really like that the right side door opens two way so you can just access the door shelves or the whole interior. Pitcher leaking

The water pitcher leaks into the tray beneath it very frustrating. Also would’ve been nice to have a glass picture. - and not get in touch with the rep from GE

Nothing

Well, everything. Even though it is a cubic ft less then the LG it replaced it has more usable space, and the selectable lower right side is perfect. Cold water works well, lots more ice and circulation seems great cause things get colder or freeze faster even at same set temps. Love the lighting and door in door, and looking forward to better reliability than we had with our old LG.

I really love the space in this fridge. I can fit so much more in it, and it's easily accessible. And the lower doors are perfect!
