Easy to find what we wanted
I bought my microwave about one month ago. Two things that were great about buying at Lowes. First, they had a huge selection and were able to answer any questions about any model or brand! The second point, is the availability to do the install, which was done by a very professional installer at the time they said he would. The whole experience with Lowes was just great.
Quick and easy.
Walked into the store. Walked out with the microwave. An hour later it was installed and working. Simple installation. Simple unit, but looks and works great.

Have not received my appliance
I bought a microwave on 9/12/26. To be installed by a Lowe’s Home contractor. I was told only should be about a week or so. Two weeks later the contractor set up an appointment for 10/1/26. When he contacted Lowe’s to pick up they told him I took it. It is written on my recipe otherwise. Turns out Lowe’s sold my microwave to someone else and is reordering.
