Bought this refrigerator in spring 2024, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but trouble. About 85% of the day, it makes extremely loud noises and sounds like it’s struggling to run. Inconvient

Very inconvient and noisy

I am sorry I bought this model

I was excited to get our new refrigerator but from the 1st I was more than dissatisfied. Yes, it works, thus the 2 stars. And delivery was very good. It is saving us electricity from our old one. However... Even at normal settings some food in the back of top part froze. The drawers are not as deep as my old one and I cannot get all my fruits into one & veggies into the other. In the freezer the ice maker "spills" ice almost every time we open the drawer and I find ice on the floor. This is awf...

This is the best fridge in the line up.

This is a purchase to replace the identical GE fridge bought two years ago. Unfortunately, we had nothing but problems with it cycling back and forth from working well to it cycling to 70 degrees. We had the appliance people out six times to try and fix it. Parts replaced but never fixed the issue. GE Refrigerator

Your customer service is awful. I was told several times that my refrigerator would be delivered on Saturday, Aug. 15th. It was even on the truck and out for delivery. It never came. Great space inside, easy to clean, food stores well. Got this as replacement of old he profile that I also loved.
