Mostly good, with a couple of negatives

I purchased this GE refrgerator because 1) GE's reputation for reliability and 2) it had the greatest capacity of any refrigerator that would fit into the available space. It has many good features, including excellent cooling and lots of space. Fingerprint resistance-- I'd give it a C or C+. Two things I don't like: 1. Spacious + Sleek!

We absolutely LOVE our new GE Refrigerator + Freezer. There is so much space, and the French door style allows for ample room for storing your cool needs. We like the sliding freezer drawer, and the included spacers allow us to separate and organize so we can easily see what is in the freezer! Highly recommend!

Nice fridge

Installers were awesome, but the fridge arrived predamaged (cosmetic) out of the packaging. The install team offered a significant discount.

Delivered damaged

The refrigerator was delivered with a softball sized dent and 2 smaller dents near the top of the doors. I have to wait 2 weeks to exchange, and have the hassle of taking everything out and setting it up again. Lowes also refused to price match. The freezer is smaller than expected and it is loud.

Horrible delivery

I had to purchase a new refrigerator because the last one I purchased from Lowes malfunctioned a couple years after purchasing. Actually, I purchased a whole kitchen suite, (LG), and every appliance died within 5 years of purchase. I was/am disgusted. The only reason I returned is for the 5% reduction using the Lowes CC. Nice refrigerator

Would have liked this larger size, I have a cabinet that this fits in but this is fine as only one person. I will have to hire a licensed plumber to get my water and ice working which I prefer since Lowe’s uses Crume Installation Company and I do not recommend.

GE Refrigerator

No operational manual provided. Door are very hard to close. Shelves are difficult to rearrange.

The customer service worker was very argumentative. She didn’t know what she was doing. I had to get her to get the manager. She thought she was right. The manager said she was wrong.

Great design!

I’ve had the fridge for a week. First time I’ve owned a French door fridge- or a freezer on the bottom. Game changer because I can easily see everything in the fridge! I really like the retractable shelf.

A wonderful beautiful choice

Pricey, but that’s the price you pay for having limited space and wanting a counter depth fridge. It’s very elegant and works well.
