Doors aren't level and I have no idea if it works
Lowe's will not disconnect your old refrigerator from the water source. I currently have two refrigerators in my kitchen. The new purchase is sitting in a corner. I can't even use it as my old fridge is still here for which I paid a haul away fee for. What's more,The new fridge doors aren't level and they didn't attach the handles.

The stainless steel is not fingerprint proof
It's been good so far, but it it is not stainless steel finger print proof. The men that delivered it left fingerprints and hand prints on the refrigerator door. Also we easily left them ourselves. I am very disappointed in this, as I was not prepared to have to clean fingerprints off the refrigerator and oftem.

Problem with ice buildup in the freezer
Aesthetically pleasing. Love the no scratch no fingerprint outer shell. Also really appreciate the adjustable shelves and the very deep shelves in the doors. The only problem I am experiencing is that there is significant ice buildup in the freezer and on the inside edges of the freezer compartment slide out door. Not sure what is going on there.
