Bought the front loading washer and dryer to stack and sales agent failed to sell me the stacking kit to attach. Had to order kit to be delivered but it was sent to store for me to puck up. Had to reschedule installation only to have installers claim no place to park and left. Rescheduled installation a 3rd time only to discover the screws were missing from the kit. Installers are a disappointment
Installers said that turning the machine on and making sure everything was connected correctly was not a part of their job. Once I used the machine it shook so much it moved about so much (the spin cycle) that I am not sure these clamps are secure anymore.
