Installers said that turning the machine on and making sure everything was connected correctly was not a part of their job. Once I used the machine it shook so much it moved about so much (the spin cycle) that I am not sure these clamps are secure anymore.

If you're paying $80 for 50 cents of metal and screws, you'd think they'd have better tolerances. Attach to the washer, then use pliers to bend the tabs back. This may allow you to line up the top screw. Yes, in the directions they say to keep the bottom screws lose to line up the top. It helps but you'll still need to bend the brackets.

Would Not RecommendThe Lowes delivery people messed up with it , they don’t install correctly and is shake badly, and for fixing the issue they need return the dryer and the stackable system and is take time all the process; prefer return the whole system and buy something more easily to install
