Horrible dishwasher
This dishwasher is horrible. The bottom rack doesn’t stay on th tracks whether it’s empty or full. I’ve moved into a newly constructed townhouse last month and I want the builder to remove it and replace it with a better brand/modelv

Already Broken
This Dishwasher has been well maintained since new when we bought the house, used mildly (household of two), and it has already stopped working. Barely 3 years old... not even close to the industry standard. The real test will be what the service department does about it.

GE basic dishwasher
Would Not RecommendPurchased this model sight unseen because it wasn’t on display in the big box store. I needed to replace a GE dishwasher that was great for a numbers of years. Thinking I was purchasing the same model I was replacing because they were both stainless steel top of door operated versions. This dishwasher doesn’t compare with the old one. It is loud, plastic interior, flimsy racks, janky door closure. After the first full wash and dry cycle on its maximum settings it can do, when completed the in...

Terrible bottom rack
Why there no guides on the rollers of the bottom rack? The rack keeps falling into the tub.

Heating Element Problems / Lower Wash Arm
Would Not RecommendThe tips melted off the lower water pressure arm. The unit runs ok with the melted tips. The heating element melted the interior door causing a leak at the base of the interior door. After 34 mos of use the unit in inoperable without repair to the interior door and seal. It appears a design flaw, in the heating element proximity to the plastic interior door.

Do not purchase!
Would Not RecommendNew product and 9.5 months later and it just quits working. Checked breaker and nothing. Loaded it up and nothing. I am finding that GE is the most inexpensive cheap product I have ever had. Hopefully it’s still under warranty and they will fix it or replace it.
