dishes don't get dry

I wish it had more instructions with it. Don't like going to internet and trying to find the same model.

OK-manual little help!

Bought it because it was highly rated in Consumer Reports. I didn't like the lack of information on operation.!!! I know--Utube. but not my specific model. Don't like the loooooong cycle for regular wash and light doesn't get the dishes clean.

Malfunctioning after 13 months is little usage

I’ve owned this unit for 13 months, rarely use it, and it’s already malfunctioning with a 888 code.

Good job cleaning but dishes remain wet

The dishwasher does a good job of cleaning the dishes. However, there is always condensation in the dishwasher and the dishes aren’t drying.

Dissapointing

Compared to our previous dishwasher, this model has lower capacity and takes longer to run. The controls are not visible when the door is closed, which is a real drawback.

Nothing Good about this Model

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. The cutlery holder has extremely small holes so most Silverware doesn't fit. This holder is located Directly in front of the soap dispenser so there is Always some liquid or part of the soap packet left in the dispenser. There is no heating element so You Must Be Present when the cycle is done so you can Immediatly open the door or your dishes won't be dry. The lower rack is only 1/2 usable. Quality

Quiet, attractive . Sturdy, not cheaply made like my previous Kenmore. Although I don’t like how all the dishwashers run so long !!

Need to replace after 2yrs

Bought this dishwasher in March of 2021 and it's already broken. Door gasket is broken and can't be fixed. Check all the other areas and they were clear. Even after replacing the gasket, dishwasher is still leaking. Disappointed and you only get 1yr warranty.

Cleans well saves water

Difficult to install as was replacing a 35 year old appliance. The long legs are weak and will bend unless extreme care is taken while sliding into recess, the opening in the front makes it very difficult to get my not so large arm under the front of unit to adjust height and level. Does a great job of cleaning with minimal water use and very quiet while running.

Cleans well but don’t like the way we have to load dishes compared to our older Jennair which was much more accommodating.

Cleans dishes well, but racks poorly designed

Although the dishwasher cleans the dishes well enough, the racks are poorly designed thus making it difficult to wash as many dishes as with other dishwashers. Also, the top shelf binds making it difficult to push the shelf in far enough to close the door.

Unbelievably poorly designed

Options for a panel-front dishwasher were limited, so we went with this one. Turns out it has no heated dry function, and the entire thing is incredibly unorganized. I have no idea who designed it because nothing seems to fit right anywhere. We often end up running it with bowls at angles such that they have a few teaspoons of water in them when the cycle in done. Utensil compartment is equally useless and has to be jammed somewhere in the rack as it has no designated location to secure it. Two ...
