So quiet!

Wow!!! This IS SO quiet!!! I have to put my ear next to the appliance to see if it is running! The capacity is a bit smaller than my previous dishwasher, but the quiet noise level is well worth it!!

It's not a very large dishwasher

The bottom rack when you pull it out, it comes off the rails. Doesn't seem to take as many dishes and cups as my dishwasher that I had to replace.I don't at all like the silverware container. The slots are very narrow. My silverware does not really fit in it. It is a quiet dishwasher that is a plus.

Terrible dishwasher

Terrible dishwasher. It seems to be made for very tiny thin dishes, which are not what our dishes consist of. The wash cycle is extraordinarily long, over two hours, and there is no real drying function. Even if you wash at night, the dishes are not dry by morning, relying on some supposed energy efficient system that really doesn't work. It's just a really bad and inefficient produce. Our apartment complex installed it and we are really unhappy with it.

Worst Dishwasher Ever Owned

If I could give this dishwasher 0 stars, I would. I had to purchase an ADA compliant dishwasher to fit a slightly smaller than normal opening in our kitchen. This dishwasher is THE WORST! It does not dry, it does not clean, and it's loud. I have to run it at least twice a day for a family of 5 - and I'm still having to hand wash dishes several times a day. While it is slightly smaller than a normal dishwasher, the positioning of the utensil holder makes maximizing the bottom space impossible. It...

Product would not at all worth the money spent Cheaply made Dishwashers buttons feel like they might fall off at any moment Can’t put many dishes in it due to the racking Racks fall off the tracks easily Previous panel doesn’t fit correctly And can’t return it due to the fact that it had to be special ordered

Pump issue

I love the product. It seems it is built very durable with a metal inside. The issue. I am seeing is the pump is inconsistent with draining out the water. I find myself having to empty it out by using a cup and then sometimes the pump works again does a good job washing overall and cleaning the dishes.

What I Needed

Completely satisfied with product. Before owning and operating the machine there was two important selling points. First, it was under 30 inches tall at its lowest setting for under counter and second it was standard width. I am thankful you have these for folks that live in older homes. Please continue being a source for these dimensioned machines.

Instruction Manuel is terrible. Dish racks are weird hard to position bowls and dishes. Does a pretty good job cleaning though

Compact But Seems Cheap

This dishwasher is slightly smaller than standard, and I bought it because I had a tile floor installed in my kitchen, causing my opening for the dishwasher to be shorter than standard. It fits fine, but it seems cheaply made and flimsy. It does clean the dishes, but we'll see how long it lasts. The silverware rack is flimsy and the slots are too small to hold standard-sized silverware. Save the silverware basket from your old dishwasher.
