Disappointed

It does not washes well, I leaves food residues on the dishes of top shelf, and does not dry too rack dishes! In the review, adding images is not letting me upload any!

Not built to last

This dishwasher was a massive disappointment. After having it for only 2.5 years, I got the error code FTD, failure to drain, despite the fact that it was draining. Did some research and replaced the pressure sensor. It worked for a day, and then gave the error code H2O, even though it was not having a problem filling with water. I’ve tried to run it over and over and it randomly ends the cycle on me. Message boards online say this is a common issue and the solution is to replace it. What a wast...

Leaking

After 1 Year and 9 months the dishwasher started to leak at the bottom of the door. Poor design of the gasket at the inside of the bottom of the door. The gasket is curling under allowing the water to flow outside of the door and on to our hardwood floor and carpet. Horrible, looking to replace with another brand.

2nd review-2 years in

When we first purchased, it was great. love the adjustable shelves, the 3rd rack, and the lack of noise. Our old kenmore was basic but a powerhorse with cleaning. no need to scrape, pre-clean etc. Lasted 15 years. but sounded like a plane taking off. the cleaning of this GE has never been stellar but now is not only reduced but the soap often doesnt release from the holder. Quiet but barely cleans

My dishes now have water spots and there is a lot of debris in the bottom which has to be cleared monthly. Dishes have sediment at times because the water pressure of the jets is so low. I replaced a really cheap, noisy Frigidaire unit thinking it would be better. Can't wait for this thing to break or something so I can replace. it.

Terrible Quality

Amazed at the 4.4 star average review. Within a few months the top chrome trim tab came unglued with no way to reattach it. There are tiny little plastic guides that break easily. I've had it epoxied back in since then. Now, 3 years and 6 months after buying this dishwasher, it just quit. GE has fully embraced planned obsolescence. Can't even make a dishwasher last 4 years? Unbelievable.

Great Dishwasher

Love the dishwasher every setting that's on there is amazing.

Not great, wouldn’t recommend

Not what I expected from GE! The plastic rollers on the bottom rack fell off and melted! Now all my dishes have a horrible burned plastic smell. And I can’t even find the option to order replacement ones. I guess you get what you pay for 👎🏽

Great dishwasher

It is a great dishwasher a cleans very well however, Wi-Fi capability would’ve made it amazing. Otherwise, it is very efficient and very spacious

Avoid this money trap

Bought this dishwasher for over $700 less than two years ago. Within the first three months some wires shorted and it stopped working. The trim on the top panel began to separate from body after about 15 months. Now less than two years later, it doesn't clean anything to save its life. The cost to get a technician out is $115 and that doesn't include parts and labor. This thing is an absolute piece of junk that you should absolutely avoid.

Find something else

For what we paid, this dishwasher has not impressed us. First of all, some of the pieces are very cheap plastic and broke right away. The rollers for the trays come off and melt. I've gone through about 50 of these in the last 4 years. The machine struggles to get things clean and can take up to 7 hours to finish a heavy cycle. It doesn't sound very energy efficient to me.

Good job of washing dishes

The GE dishwasher does a good job, but there is a chrome strip that goes across the top that tends to peel. I've had to glue it so it wouldn't stick out on the sides of the dishwasher. I think it is a defect in craftmanship. Nothing is in it's way to create the problem.

Falling apart after a year

We have had this dishwasher for a little over a year and it is already falling apart! The top metal piece is coming off with no way to re-attach other than super glue. It feels flimsy and like other parts will likely follow :(.

After 1 year product no longer worked. After having the repairs completed on the entire dishwasher, it still does not work

Must Buy!!

Works great, efficient and quiet...plenty of space for everything and saves on energy!

Overall a great dishwasher!!

The machine is good at getting the dishes cleaned well and I really like the top rack for silverware and utensils. Also the stainless steel interior is very easy to wipe down.

Great dishwasher

Not too loud. Does an excellent job at getting our dishes clean. Very easy to use.
