Piece of junk

We only replaced our old dishwasher because it was loud and didn't match the rest of the appliances in our kitchen... but man, this piece of junk makes me regret that decision. It's extremely rare for it to run a cycle as selected. Sometimes it "runs" and I find a detergent pod left in the holder when I open it. We've had a repair person out with the manufacturer's warranty and he didn't find anything wrong, but there has to be something? JUNK

Make sure your dishwasher can come out of its spac

Some installation men are not thoroughly trained, this caused a delay in my install. Servicemen should have All pertinent tools, including cutting tools. My son had to come over and get dishwasher out. It took 5 min. With a cutting tool. These young boys had no clue. They were trying to be careful, i get that.

Leaking in less than 2 years

This was purchased for our rental property in December, 2024 and it is already leaking. Water steady drips from the poorly designed and cheaply made door seals.

Great design, They skimped on materials

I don’t like the plastic tub interior or how loud it is (lack of insulation) and that it doesn’t do four hour delay. It also looks as if it could dent very easily due to thin exterior housing material. But other than that, it’s a great dishwasher as far as getting the job done and it’s a sleek classy design which I love, with the buttons hidden on top of door (helps prevent children pressing the buttons)

three months after purchase the control board went out. Prior to that, it just doesn't wash as good as other brands I've had before. Definitely won't be buying another GE product

Low quality and terrible rack

Very low quality. After only two years the racks have rusted right through the coating. The bottom rack wheels/track system is simply worthless - the tiny little lips on the tiny little wheels are expected to ride along the door but in reality the bottom rack doesn't ride straight out at all. Wheels pop off and 1 totally melted at the bottom exposing yet along rusted bracket.
