Great design, They skimped on materials

I don’t like the plastic tub interior or how loud it is (lack of insulation) and that it doesn’t do four hour delay. It also looks as if it could dent very easily due to thin exterior housing material. But other than that, it’s a great dishwasher as far as getting the job done and it’s a sleek classy design which I love, with the buttons hidden on top of door (helps prevent children pressing the buttons)

three months after purchase the control board went out. Prior to that, it just doesn't wash as good as other brands I've had before. Definitely won't be buying another GE product

Low quality and terrible rack

Very low quality. After only two years the racks have rusted right through the coating. The bottom rack wheels/track system is simply worthless - the tiny little lips on the tiny little wheels are expected to ride along the door but in reality the bottom rack doesn't ride straight out at all. Wheels pop off and 1 totally melted at the bottom exposing yet along rusted bracket.

Part-time worker

We've had this dishwasher for 2.5 years and it is the worst one I have ever had. It rarely runs when started, doesn't clean consistently and rarely releases the soap dispenser. What a piece of junk!

within 2 years had sensor issues. contacted GE for a refund and was offered a membership to their employee store, then GE said if I could get a diagnosis from a local servicer that they would give me a 50% discount on parts if I ordered directly through them. I bought the Bosch 300 series dishwasher at a similar price instead.

Broken After 1.5 Years

We had a major part break after only 1.5 years. The repairman commented on how clean and well taken care of it it was, but a coil unit broke and would cost $500 to repair, which is as much as the whole dishwasher.

Polite and fast service.

I was so pleased with the quick service. We were only without the use of a dishwasher for one week. The service men were polite, and did not waste time getting it installed and running. They explained all the details on running it and left us with a sample of dish tabs which were also the brand that we always use.
