WE BOUGHT TWO OF THESE

It has been about a month and so far so good. Had to reverse the door swings on one of the units, which proved to be straight forward. All the holes lined up and the quality seems exceptional. Quiet operation. Very consistent temperatures in both the fridge & freezer between both units.

Fits prefectily

We are so pleased to find this fridge. It fits nicely into the premade nook. I wish the freezer was a pull-out drawer.

Only one.

After 10 weeks on backorder, product was delivered on time on advertised date. However the width listed in the sales description was 29 3/4". The old refrigerator of the same width was removed without a problem. Only when it was left in the living room with expanded on line instructions did the actual width appear as 30". Had to remove a door frame. NOISY!

So far so GOOD

Replacement for a different brand, the difference is unbelievable!!!! Wife loves the stainless steel & the door seals nicely.

Good value

I love the bottom freezer. It allows me to see everything in the refrigerator at one glance. The ice maker is very fast and efficient.

Well designed interior, spacious room. But the door handles are taking much room.

So much space!

Great storage and space. Love the LED lighting. Overall after enjoying for a full 30 days and never having a new updated fridge, we are extremely please!

Do not buy

This is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever had. They need to come up with a better way to secure the door handle. If you don’t pull on it just right it comes off. Instead of having a pullout drawer there is a door for the freezer with a pull out bin that won’t come out because I have a wall beside it. Buy something else

Great value

For what this is, it's the best. The door on the freezer is a little strange - all the others I've seen have pull-out drawers instead of a swinging door - but we have the room for it so it's no problem. There are others with more features, if you want to spend a lot more. I love the name, and in this case the price and availability.

Easy to look for what you need

I love it! The bright light in the refrigerator and freezer make it easier for me to find what I want. It is the perfect appliance for anyone elderly because we are unable to bend low enough to get things on a low shelf. Everything is eye height! I only wish I would have gotten a drawer instead of a door for the freezer section. I have shown it to my friends and I think you may be seeing an increase in your sales of bottom freezer refrigerators!

Fine fridge but lots of frustrations

So look, the fridge does what’s its supposed to do but at the cost of my sanity most days. The door, no matter how wide I open it, snaps right back and closes on me constantly as I’m trying to get groceries in and out. Don’t keep glass on the door bins unless you want them to fly out when it’s closing shut on you. I also can not figure out why the climate in the veggie drawer is so wildly different from the rest of the fridge. My fruits and vegetables constantly freeze. and then there’s the free...

good fit under our cabinets

The product has nice shelving that is adjustable on the inside and on the door. Like the LED lighting and easy to wipe of hand prints off the door with silver spray

Sleek design

I love my new refrigerator! So much more space and much easier to access. The freezer on the bottom is exactly what I wanted and will make life much easier. I also love the sleek design and style of the fridge.

Broke after 7 months.

The solder gave way after only 7 months causing me to lose $150 in frozen foods and I had to get all my other stuff out of the fridge and put in garage fridge before it got ruined. The coolant leaked out slowly. Had repair out and it’s back up and running but I’m afraid to put food back in just yet. It will be staple items for now and a few frozen things. Wonderful, except for the cord...

I would give this refrigerator 5 stars for looks, roominess, lighting and quietness of operation, but the electric cord on the back is too short. I measured the refrigerator nook and made the necessary one inch adjustment at the top so ensure a smooth fit. Upon delivery, I found that the electric cord was at least one foot shorter than that of my previous refrigerator. Problems with handle staying on

The unit works as expected and has plenty of room to meet our needs, but the handle to the main refrigerator compartment will not stay on. We read the instructions before hand, and followed them carefully, but the handle pops off every few days. It has no set screw and is supposed to "click on" to plastic brackets on the door. But it fails to stay secure. My other gripe is that the freezer shelf does on slide out, so it is very difficult to put things in the back of the shelf.

It is very good product with great features such lighting and plenty of spaces.

My wife and I were looking for a nice stainless bottom freezer for a smaller kitchen. Worked perfect for the space.
