Pot design poor for filling up water Reservoir

It makes nice coffee But I am amazed that after years making coffee machines your designers haven’t figured out that that particular pot cannot pour. It’s full tank of water into the reservoir. When the lid is up, and you try to pour water in, you can’t get all the water out of the pot. as in a lot of the water is still in the pot. It’s pretty frustrating- mostly the design of the pot without any angles, you can’t arch the water inside the small Reservoir. Yes, I know that I can use a water pi...

Just Yes!

This is a phenomenal coffee maker. From the sleek, easy-to-clean, carafe, to all of the features this coffeemaker offers, this has to be the best coffee maker I've ever owned. There is even a clean function. The flexibility to make a full pot in the afternoon, while maybe only needed a cup or two in the afternoon is greatly appreciated. The bold brew function is also a very nice addition. I can't think of anything I would change, and I highly recommend this coffee maker.

Very outstanding coffee maker, really love the delay brewing feature.

Disappointed

The carafe on this unit is heavy so you cannot tell how much coffee is left in the pot. While I love stainless steel the pot isn't thermal so the coffee does not stay warm. The keep warm function on the coffee maker didn't work so we couldn't keep the coffee warm.

Bad plunger design

The plunger stem on the funnel broke in the dishwasher, very disappointed that I cannot find a replacement. Website was not helpful

Just what I was looking for

Love this coffee maker. The carafe keeps the coffee piping hot much longer than the advertised 2 hours…was still hot at 4 hours. Sleek look and no burner..that’s what I wanted…no burner.

Does what we need!

It is hard to get the last of the water in but otherwise a great coffee maker

spout redesgin

I Work for a coffee company selling rosters and beans i deal with coffee evey day all day. I don't like how it pours, really sloppy. The spout needs 2B redesigned. I like the filter part. Most people don't realize how important filtered water is to have good coffee and keep their equipment running correctley.

Not impressed - Thinking of returning it.

Coffee maker brews coffee only to warm temp, not hot. Also, the functions adjusting warming plate and adjusting warming plate time does not work. I have followed instructions and these functions are not working.
