Overall, it is a decent coffee maker. I like the reusable filter. It looks pretty on the counter. Having a carafe instead of a warming plate has been nice- no more burnt coffee. However, for a strong cup of coffee, I have to use a lot more coffee grounds than my old Mr Coffee, may he RIP. Pouring water into it is irritating. I don't really understand why this unit is so expensive... it is pretty basic.

Awesome Coffee Maker

We really like this setup, we are glad to get away from the coffee pods and love the fact that the pot keeps coffee warmer longer than if the unit had a warming plate

Looks so nice on my counter

I love it so far. It is really nice looking. The first thing I noticed that I like about it, besides the unbreakable thermal pot, is that the brew cycle is so quiet, I don't know why I like that most but I do. I will update when I have used it more.

Carafe issues

The coffee maker worked just fine. I was able to program it and schedule when it would kick off. Our issue with it was the carafe. We like to have hot coffee, even after the first cup. With the carafe, it does not close at all. The fill hole on the top remains open, and the pour spout does not close. So the coffee starts to cool off after it gets brewed.

Nice product. Clean look and pot slides nicely into place unlike some where you have to almost force them in.

Good looking, great coffee!

Good looking coffee maker rich with features. Love the insulated carafe that keeps the coffee warm without burning it on a hot plate. Also, it's nice to be able to brew a single cup when I don't need a pot of coffee. A little awkward pouring the water into the reservoir using the carafe but doable.

Great pot

First coffee pot that actually pours without leaking. I do like the 10 cup. Seems like we never have old coffee left over. We always drink a freshly made pot of coffee. Love it.

Great features, looks good and does everything we wanted.

quality not good

Not happy with the product compared to old model. I hate the new lid, it's difficult to get on and off. The pull up lid in back will not stay up while trying to pour water into it. There's no flex in it to keep it up unlike the old model which was fine. Older model made a better tasting cup of coffee. I would not recommend buying this

10 Cup or Single on the go cup

I love the fact that you can entertain people and provide 10 cups of coffee in a press of a button, or make a single cup of coffee when you’re alone. GE appliances did it again. Congratulations

Love this coffee maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this and was super antsy to use this thing. Coffee is a very important part of my day and a good cup of coffee. It’s hard to find I plug this thing in after and packaging it and it is built really well. pot versus a traditional glass. Made my 1st cup of coffee in this thing and I must say that it did not fail Me. GE made a great coffee maker.

Awesome Coffee Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most fantastic thing about this maker is the fact that the carafe is stainless steel and appears to be vacuum insulated. Even though I haven't located any product documentation to support this. The coffee will stay hot for a very long time (hours). We use ours in the RV. It's very handy to brew inside and take the pot out to the picnic table.
