What Customers Are Saying

The LED replacement bulbs offer adjustable color temperature and energy-efficient lighting compared to traditional fluorescent tubes. Many users report positive experiences with easy installation and bright, adjustable illumination. However, some customers experienced compatibility issues or had bulbs fail prematurely. The mixed results suggest these LED tubes may not be a perfect replacement for all fluorescent setups, and users should research compatibility before purchasing.

Great light Choices. Bad pins.

Good ability to select color of light. From soft white to Daylight. However one of the pins were defective and too short to reach contact so 1 out of 2 bulbs unusable.

30 seconds until fear set in

FIRE HAZZARD…DO NOT BUY I am 100% aware mistakes happen and product quality can vary but these are dangerous. I purchased this 48” model and a 24” model. The 24” was in for 20-25 seconds and the 48” worked great for 30-35 seconds and as ‘others’ mention the lights then shut off 1/2 the LED’s (see photos). As if that wasn’t enough of an issue, I then went to take them out and both units were scalding hot about 2.5 inches from the color switch end. These are LEDs and should produce minimum heat b...

does not work

I’m glad I bought the regular CFL bulbs along with these. I have all different lengths of under cabinet lamps in the house and overhead lamps in the garage. Only two lamps were able use these bulbs to produce a very small amount of light. All lamps were fine when using regular bulbs.

Great replacement for fluorescent bulbs

Would Recommend

These bulbs worked great as a replacement for conventional fluorescent bulbs that contain poisonous mercury and use twice as much energy. The ability to select from three different color temperatures is a very handy feature, although it would be nice if 3500K was also available. I found these bulbs to be a bit brighter than the original fluorescent bulbs I replaced. As to the many negative reviews stating that these do not work, pay attention to the type of bulbs you are replacing and the bal...

Died within 5 minutes

Would Not Recommend

Bought two pairs (four bulbs). Installed them, turned on the light. They looked great. Then the first pair died after about 5 minutes, the second pair died around 2 minutes later. Re-installed them several times and they never came back to life. Returned them to the store.

Poorly labeled

Would Not Recommend

Long story short. Large lettering says replaces F32T8 fluorescent bulbs in multiple places on packaging. Smaller letters say works with T8 electronic ballasts ( AKA: special fixture) in one inconspicuous spot. This is a packaging failure any competent designers at the company should have noticed.

Works Great

Would Recommend

I went with these for our kitchen since they only cost a few bucks more and you can change the color with the flip of a little switch on the tube. We like the bright daylight color so they will probably stay on that but it's nice to have the other 2 options.

Half of one bulb failed on second use

Would Not Recommend

One half of one bulb failed the second time I turned it on. It may be just a fluke but I went back with a standard "non-selectable output" LED. Just chose a daylight version. Maybe in a few years will try again. Thought it would be good to have adjustable lighting over workbench.

stop working properly after 5 minutes

Would Not Recommend

Bought a 2 bulb package just to replace 1. worked perfectly for about 5 minutes but after I went back to the room I noticed that one half of the bulb wasn't providing light ( see bulb on top right in the picture; the one in the bottom was the GE Active Spaces Ecolux that has been working fine forever) . I replaced the one that failed with the 2nd one from the package that I just go and the same thing happened. Returning these bulbs immediately to Lowes

Flickers

Would Not Recommend

2 pack. Bought this twice. First round one bulb flickered. Took it back & got another pack. Same thing happened. I think the adjustable kelvin settings is a great idea with poor execution. Seems like there’s 3 elements inside being switched between. Don’t know if the problem is the switch or the elements but either way there’s a pretty good chance you’ll get a flickering bulb. I went with a daylight only bulb and am happy with that.
