Would Not RecommendI do not like that they purposely put the switch on the inside of the bulb since the bulbs are hard to remove from the bracket. I had no choice in buying these since the single color were out of stock, so I thought I'd play with the switch, however to touch the switch, you must remove the bulb to switch the switch and put back and putting back is difficult so I set them and left them. Holy Crap these are bright!
Would RecommendThe switch for changing the lighting type is on the same side as the sticker that runs the length of the bulb so if you don't already know what you want it set to, this could be inconvenient to flip between them when making your choice. My hoods are non reflective, so I installed the bulbs with the label in the back , thus hiding the selector switch. If the hoods were reflective, I could put the label in the front and have full access to the switch and still have most of the light projecting out...

Would RecommendHad to exchange two of the four bulbs I purchased, not a good sign, but now all four are working fine. Chose the Sunshine (5,000K) setting because the blue light of the Daylight (6,500K) setting didn't look good in the kitchen, and the Cool White was not much above the old and going bad 3000K ones I replaced. Hopefully they hold up. It took a borrowed 10 ft. ladder to a very high ceiling, and me on tippy toes, reaching with fingertips to barely get the job done. Don't want to go through that exe...
