Ok this spray foam is hands down worth the price and best quality compared against two other leading brands sold at Lowe's. I compare GE's product against Great Stuff and Gorilla Glue's spray foams and GE's was by far the superior product and definitely worth the higher price. It cures hardest out of it's competition but still pliable enough to not cause damage or to be cut away and removed. Bought it to do my mobile home old.from 1965 so far very impressed with it impressed there is very little smell which i am thankful.for now need to do the upper half

Need to sell more straws!

I've bought these twice, the 1-3" and the 1" variety. So far, they seem to work as expected. My one gripe. I used very little of the latter, filling a 1 1/4" hole around an electrical extension cord. Planned to do as I had with Great Stuff in the past, clean straw immediately with acetone. But instructions adamant about 1 use for it. So, GE needs to supply extras cheap! How often do you use only part of a can? VERY environmentally unfriendly.

Tube flies off, foam explodes

I've used a competitor's foam sealant plenty of times. No problems with dispensing. This one was quickly a disaster. The poorly-designed dispensing assembly's tube flew off twice within seconds of using it and of course foam exploded into the air, ruining my sweatshirt and falling to the wood flooring below, and of course it chose the area I didn't have covered with newspaper. So now the sweatshirt goes in the trash along with GE's garbage sealant, and now I j=have an additional project of s...

The pressure caused the foam to continue coming out even after trigger was no longer depressed. Then the trigger broke and foam started coming out both sides. Trying to get the foam to stop coming out I got it all over my hands. I got one use out of the can.

Horrendous product

Spray foam is spray foam. What you’re really paying for is the can and nozzle system to get it where you want it to go. Only about 10% of the foam actually came out of the tip—the other 90% erupted out of the top of the can and went everywhere else. Wasted my time and money and created quite a mess. Do yourself a favor and find a better brand/design.
