Not able to return item due missing parts
Would RecommendI picked up the tree on December 27. Attempted to assemble it and found that the foot pedal is missing, so I’m unable to turn on the lights. I visited the Waxhaw, NC store , but the return was refused due to store policy stating that seasonal items cannot be returned after the holidays.b

Order pickup online self-checkout is a nightmare.
Would RecommendWe'd seen this item at Alcoa marked 1/2 price, after going online we found Lowe's No. Peters Rd. had 13 as Alcoa had 2. Ordering the tree at $174.50 was no brainer. The pickup couldn't have been easier as I was told to pull my vehicle to the front of the store & the crew loaded it for us. Thank you sincerely for your awesome service. Lickety split, easy as pie.

Poor buyers experience
Would Not RecommendIs not as full as the picture with bent branches. Bought during clearance event prior to Christmas and was not able to see actually tree in store since it was boxed up. Put tree up to inspect on 12/24 and Lowe’s was closed. Tried to return day after Christmas and Lowe’s would not take it back despite it being damaged
