Not worth using for car charger wires
Would Not RecommendI used this initial to hold my 6awg electrical wires for a car charger. However it does not secure very well on the way and I replaced them all with a better clip.

Hard to install in hard wood
Would Not RecommendI have a 150 year barn made of oak milled from my property in the mid 1800s. This wood is very hard. These staples are very hard to nail into this type of wood. I looked for steel staples but Lowes did not carry any to secure wire when I recently rewired my barn to add circuits for water tank heaters. Nails bent over easily and sometimes I just left them bent over and pounded them flat. They look bad, but still hold the wire when only partially driven into the wood.
