What Customers Are Saying
The self-adhering cap sheet roofing product has received mixed reviews. Many customers report that it is easy to install, sticks well, and works great for low-slope roofs and sheds. They praise its durability and ability to create a reliable waterproof seal. However, some customers found it extremely difficult to work with, as the adhesive is very sticky and the material is heavy and unwieldy. Several customers reported that the product failed to properly adhere, leading to leaks and water damage. Careful attention to the product specifications and proper installation techniques appear to be critical for success with this roofing material.

Impressive roofing product.
Would RecommendThis was installed over a troublesome low slope roof which had been previously spray foamed. I am amazed at how well it has held up. I also used it on my house for a room with a problematic low slope roof on a rear bedroom. It has held up great and withstood a category 2 hurricane. But like any product, you can't just slop some cement on your roof and put this on top of it.
