Would RecommendEasy to apply and watertight if applied properly. Definitely lay when the temperature is 80 and above and sunny so you get good adhesion to the roof deck. It got cold and rained before I could install the roll roofing. This product did not leak!

Self-Adhesive feature is good. Don't let your stock lay around open for months and months--gets harder to get that film off. The white removeable film with degrade with long sunlight exposure. 2. Gracie Ice & water shield for the South
Would RecommendCompare to Gracie Ice & water shield. Has better specs on temperature swings which is key when it can be 30 degrees at night and 100 during the day. Higher temp ratings lead me to pick it as underlayment for metal roof. Covered the whole roof & plywood with it & left it for weeks no nails through storms & inside was dry sticks well.
