Unfortunately the Golden Pledge Limited Warranty with GAF WindProven Limited Wind Warranty of 130 mph for a Timberline UHDZ roof installed less than 1-year-ago is not honored for winds under 130 mph

Very nice appearance
I replaced my roof in June. In December 2023, I learned that my roof had hail damage and after research of the products on the market I chose to go with the GAF Timberline UHDZ and had the installer use The Timberline UHDZ along with the products to qualify me to receive the GAF Silver Pledge.

Would RecommendS.J. Winn replaced our roof and skylights. Their crew was great. Replaced the roof shingles and the skylights in one day! They cleaned up and removed all the nails from the ground and didn't disturb any of our shrubs. Great job! The shingles are beautiful and look very durable. We especially like the warranty.
