Up grade on roofing

We replaced our roof after hail storm summer of 2025. Contractor did not do a professional job. I hope the shingles and warranty are better then the installer .

Very nice color consistency through out shingles.

Although it is only a few weeks old, a true review is hard to judge. It looks wonderful right now, And my contractor and crew were great. All Installation products appeared to be of good quality and durable. At this point only time will tell.

New Roof

We have only had the new roof couple of weeks! The replacement went smoothly. We were told of any hidden damages that were found, before they continued with the replacement…. No body likes surprises when it’s time to pay the bill! They made sure that the update was in the current code , warranty is transferable which is a plus

Very Happy with New Roof!

I replaced my roof about a month ago, so did several of my neighbors and they have mentioned that they should have waited till they saw mine. I'm very happy with the Class 4 Option as well as with all the accessories!

We replaced our roof 2 years ago with the outstanding shingles, that unfortunately we have a hail storm go through our area. Lots of damage in our area. We needed to replace the shingles on the west side of our home and garage. Stripped and shingled in less than a days work! Very impressive and will recommend Mason City Roofing!

Great features and quality

So happy to have a roof now that is durable, safe and beautiful! Our previous roof/ shingles had manufactured defects and was literally breaking down daily. We were dreading every storm/ snow that came our way. Now we feel safe and secure.

I replaced my roof on 8/12/25 with GAF Armor Shield II using Steadfast Builders Inc. The combination of the GAF products with their certified contractor resulted in the peace of mind and confidence to secure this project. The job was completed on time with awesome communication, professionalism, respect for my family and property, and passed inspection by the building department. Thank you for a great job!!!

Hail damaged easily

On May 28th, 2025 my neighborhood was hit by a storm. My three-year old GAF Timberline shingles were claimed damaged enough to require replacement (Insurance adjuster and roof installer agreed). As you can imagine I am concerned about the quality of these shingles, being so new and now I have to cough up a large deductible, paying even more just a few years after install.

Impressive roof shingle!

Our roof in Austin, Texas was just replaced by Ferrell Roofing of Ovilla, Texas with Timberline AS11 shingles in Weathered Wood colorway. Dean Ferrell spent a lot of time with my wife and I explaining why this was such a good product. We are completely happy with the work he and his crew did, It's actually such an impressive looking roof and talk about a tough shingle! We get hail here in our area and i feel much more secure that we can weather future storms. Looking forward to many good year...

Service Beyond the Norm.

After ordering the required number of bundles for a planned project I had to change the plan. That left me with a shortage of shingles. I'd been trying for months to acquire the number of bundles needed for the updated plan, from multiple sources. Lowe's came through for me and I was able to order 3 more bundles to complete the job. I had to have this particular style and color of shingle to match the home. Lowe's came through in clutch! THANK YOU!
