I work at a daycare. We use Frog Tape for many uses. It’s great for labeling things. Doesn’t leave a residue. Easy to write on. The kids use it with crafts. It’s easy for little fingers to use. It’s light weight. We go through a lot of Frog Tape. Love it.

Pulls varnish off floors and paint off walls

Pulled varnish off Floors and paint off walls tape wasn’t even on 6 hours absolutely atrocious and appalling !! Sed suitable for all surface on packet !!

Disappointed

Just used this tape and I am so upset because as I removed the tape it peeled off my original paint.Now I have to paint the entire wall after sanding it down

Delicate surface tape is garbage

I just purchased y'all's tape thinking it was going to be the bee's knee's seeing how expensive they're asking for it... I needed it to paint against wood material and it tore the laminated surface off terrible product! Now I have to refund the customer to fix there cupboards will not be using your product again

Peeled the pain right off my house!

Used around window trim. House was painted over a year ago. Surfaces were cleaned prior to painting. Applied tape to protect edges and removed immediately after painting. So disappointing!!

Does it stick at all??

I have been painting for a few years now and whatever this company did to their tape it is terrible. I can't get the tape to stick at all. I have tried the green, blue and now orange. I stick it to the wall and it almost immediately starts to peel off. I have never had this issue till resent months. I don't know what changed but i can't even call this tape. Gift wrapping tape is more sticky than this crap.

Horrible product

I’ve been working on a project in my son’s room all week taping everything up before painting following all instructions and when I removed the tape everything was ruined. Paint had bled under the tape and it messed the paint up where the paint had covered edges of the tape. Will never recommend

The best period

used throughout my home remodel. Pros say your dumb if you use tape. Sorry but im getting older and this is a time saver. Perfect lines and no bleed if put on right and clean surface. Even had it on outside window j channel for 3 months in the snow and rain and it came off even though i wouldn't recommend this. The best tape i have ever used. Only question is I wonder if it is ok for automotive use or if they are going to develop something like that in the future. Great product for sure but pric...

Cost me time and money

I have used your products plenty and usually have good experience. This current roll ripped the fresh paint right off my wall. I have to go buy more paint and postpone completion of my project.

Amazing stuff

This tape is amazing. Always pass it up thinking it was no different than the blue stuff. Friend Gave me a roll and I was amazed. Just the right amount if adhesion and the lines are razor sharp with NO paint bleed.

Frog not prince tape

At 67 I'm not new to painting but I was new to frog tape. Wish I hadn't wasted my money. Not only did it allow the paint to bleed but when I removed it it pulled off the paint from underneath. Not I have more work to do. Never again.

Terrible results

I bought this tape, thinking it was going to make my painting life easier. I put it on my trim on the wall to paint and I took it off after I was done and all the paint from the trim came off with it.

Definitely not the same tape

Clearly the product has changed. I had two rolls of green tape from a previous project and purchased two new rolls for a basement project. The older tape worked flawlessly. The two newer rolls have so far resulted in five tears and I stopped halfway through due to frustration. Paint is dry (four months) and again note the fact the old stuff worked fine in the exact same room. Noticed more force required to remove the newer stuff, could visibly see the tape adhesive 'lifting' the paint...

Painted a wall design

I wanted to paint a design on a wall and I bought the most expensive tape and made my lines, when I pulled the tape off it bled through everywhere now it looks like a rookie job. Seems strange to advertise a product that has pictures on the container of it not bleeding and then it does.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Used this to paint my dining room, and as I was removing the tape, it took the existing paint off of my wall!! Now I will have to paint the wall that I was intending to leave. What a waste of time and money. I will NEVER buy Frogtape AGAIN!!!!

Pulled paint off ceiling and walls

We were told this green tape was great and better than the blue painters tape. Not our experience at all. Painting bathrooms and took paint off both the ceiling and the walls. So how I have to touch up both The tape is supposed to make nice edges but instead causes more work. Also pulled paint off front door masking off the window Returned tow packages but now stuck with two rolls which are useless to us.

Best paint tape

Bought this a few months back, while doing living room project in my house. Better then my best expectations, did not remove paint or wood, stuck where needed. Best tape on carpet. Would recommend this project

No better than good old blue painters tape.

Just just didn’t do as advertised. Did it help keep the lines clean as I had hoped.

Same as any tape and messed up my wall

Spent a stupid amount of money on this bc ita supposed to be better than the rest. Ironically it worked for my stucco wall but destroyed my normal drywall walls. After only a couple days it tore down through my wall all the way to drywall. On very dry paint, very slowly at 90°. Doesnt work any better or worse than reg tape bc both destroyed my walls beyond a simple repair equally. Never wastimg the extra money for this brand if its gonna behave the same way as cheaper tape

I’ve been painting for 20 years never had a problem like this with off brand tape lesson learned do not buy this crap
