High Frequency Noise - Don’t buy

This fridge makes high frequency noise. The repair techs came out to fix it, but told me that’s just the way it is. Can’t keep it in my house. The sound is driving me crazy! If you are in your 20s or 30s or have good ears, definitely do not buy.

User must get accustomed to the very tall ice dispenser recess or cubes will end up on the floor. Also some minimal shelving would be useful in the freezer. The compressor also runs very quietly.

Beautiful inside and out

Having the controls on the inside of the door also make for a streamlined, neat look on the outside. Counter Depth Fridge

One issue is you should be able controll the bin ice separate from door ice maker The freezer is small and I would like option to use for storage. Also the door chute is terrible for ice. It comes down to forceful and if your not careful, ice is always flying out past your cup. They need to put I shield to guide the ice better. Beyond that this is a great ...

Great refrigerator

Just the right fit

This counter depth model fit the bill, and offers just what I wanted with nicely lighted interior space, snack drawer and large freezer space, but best of all - external water and ice! Love it!

Perfect replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire Professional French door bottom freezer was a perfect replacement for our failed Samsung. Much more efficient use of space and we loved the dual ice maker and small square cubes!

Still new & adjusting to it

Improved from earlier model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to space considerations we bought the same model we had purchased 10 years ago. Many things that bothered me about the older fridge have changed for the better: as simple as a larger well for the water dispenser to relocating the water filter to make it ez to replace and quieting the overall noise from dual ice makers. The fridge also has roomy doors now with lots more areas to stash items. Very pleased with this new version!

Exceptional Product

Love the frig, however

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most everything is great, roomy and functional. My only complaint is the frost build up above the right storage side of freezer. I have done the trouble shooting, so all I can do is place a pan of hot water under it until it thaws. About once a month.

Good not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge for the interior layout, and for a counter depth fridge, it is awesome! But it has a few drawbacks- it’s noisy and the ice made in the freezer is supposed to be balls but comes out all jaggedy. I just turned it off as it’s not very useful. Overall, though, I am happy with it.

Fantastic Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn’t be happier with our new fridge. The door space is plenty big enough for our many condiments. I love the double doors and the space inside. There is also an ice container inside the freezer as well as access on the outside.

Super quiet, lots of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not be happier with this new refrigerator. Replaced a GE counter depth that was supposedly the same size but the Frigidaire seems much larger. Ice maker is much better also- having two is a plus. The only thing I would improve is more lighting in the freezer but that's just nit-picking. It runs super quiet and is giving us no issues.

Avoid Frigidaire brand appliances at all cost

This refrigerator seems to be doing a fine job. I purchased this brand because it matched the range and dishwasher that was installed by the home builder. The "first" refrigerator I received was delivered by Lowes and they did a fine job, however I noticed an error code flashing on the display panel the day after delivery. 6 service/repair visits and 6 weeks later the fridge was deemed unrepairable and would be replaced under warranty. That decision was made 8/27/25. I didn't get the replacement...

Noisy

First off the appliances come wrapped in thin plastic I presume to minimize scratches which I can appreciate. However it appears to have been put on before assembly. There are places where you can’t remove it. Secondly, it is loud. There is a constant humming which is much louder than our previous refrigerators. Lastly, we chose this model for the water...
