Super professional grade oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and elected to purchase high-end Frigidaire appliances. This induction stovetop and convection/air fryer oven are everything we were hoping to find. Takes some getting used to from a more conventional oven, but well worth the investment.

Installers could not get it to work.

Installers worked for nearly an hour with help from an online Frigidaire agent and could not get stove to work. We waited over 4 weeks for delivery and install. Decided not to return and had Frigidaire agent set up warranty appointment, another 13 day wait, hoping he could fix it and not have to wait another 4 weeks. No very happy customers!!

Great oven

I also bought all new stainless cookware which makes cooking so much better than with my old electric. Everything works with ease and intuition. Do Not Buy This Product

Worst item we have ever bought! We haven’t had issues with an appliance like this, ever. We have had our convection stove since April/May 2024. It is now March 2025. The stovetop doesn’t work for more than 3-4 minutes at a time. It errors out and powers down the entire stovetop for 10 minutes, at which point you can repeat the cycle. Useless - you can’t cook anything unless you want a giant time suck and have extra patience. You can’t successfully make pasta when you can’t keep a boil. It does...

Induction cooktop

Pleased so far

The induction cook top does make noise but I expected that from the reviews and have found that it is variable based on the cookware and temperature used. The only complaint I have so far is that the induction controls could be more responsive. It sometimes takes a couple of pushes to get to the setting I want.

Great Range

So Far It's Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the way it cooks so evenly. My first cake came out great and was baked evenly all the way through without variation. The burners take some getting used to but once you figure out where you need to be, it's pretty simple. It also looks so sleek in my kitchen and gives it a modern air even though my look is cottagy. I haven't tried all the features yet but I'm sure I will be very happy.
