Didn't even get a month out of it.

Terrible product. Less than a month after installing this loud rattling noise started coming from inside the unit, probably the magnetron. A week later it stopped working altogether, powers on for three seconds and shuts off. Contacted Lowes, they wanted nothing to do with it, referred me to Frigidaire. I wanted a replacement or repair, I was told warranty replacement was not available for this product (Gee, I wonder why). They sent me a refund via electronic gift card for the purchase price...

Good, but …..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a previous Frigidaire microwave. No complaints about it except that the fan on low speed is annoyingly noisy.

micowave was keeping time but would not stop flashing

Above Range microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just Love our new over the range microwave oven it's very roomy and can fit large casseroles over 3qt in it comfortably. It's great also for reheating coffee ☕ Love the quick start feature. Was easy to install.

Not installed yet

The stove is very nice. The delivery not so nice. Afternoon delivery turned out to be a 9pm arrival. First comment from delivery person was we are only installing the oven not the microwave above it. They simply left the microwave in the middle of the hall. Asked to borrow tools to install the stove? I was not expecting such poor communication, service and lack of preparedness. I reported my concerns to Lowes customer service the next day. My concerns were not acknowledge with anything more tha...

Disappointed

Item made up very cheaply. Door handle started peeling within second year. Door hinges are plastic and broke very easily. The protection plan only covered replacement price. I have to pay additional charges for uninstall and install new over range microwave.

1 Year and 4 Months Dead

Less than two years old and the microwave died. Thankfully I live in Maine and have a 4 year implied warranty otherwise I would have been out of luck.

Finish wearing off

I purchased a Frigidaire appliance set in black stainless in December 2022. A little over a year later and the finish is wearing off the microwave handle. According to Frigidaire customer service, cosmetic issues are not covered under warranty. I am very disappointed by the poor quality and customer service.

Sparks Flying Inside

Less than a year in use and it is like the fourth of July inside. Sparkes flying everywhere. 😮

Clean look and works well.

Good looking microwave. Easy to install and throw on the wall.

I purchased this microwave the end of August 2022, by the middle of December 2023 it quit working.

Water builds up BETWEEN window
