If I could, I would give this brand and this microwave 0 stars. I purchased this exact microwave last December of 2021, and it came with a “1 year warranty”. Didn't even get a month out of it.

Terrible product. Less than a month after installing this loud rattling noise started coming from inside the unit, probably the magnetron. A week later it stopped working altogether, powers on for three seconds and shuts off. Contacted Lowes, they wanted nothing to do with it, referred me to Frigidaire. I wanted a replacement or repair, I was told warranty replacement was not available for this product (Gee, I wonder why). They sent me a refund via electronic gift card for the purchase price...

Attractive, Quiet, Easy-to-Use Microwave!

Had a terrible experience with Frigidaire. When I received the microwave and had it installed it was very noisy to operate. I figured something was wrong with it because I've had microwaves for years and never heard anything like it. Blue Light Disappointment

This microwave would be totally fine if the light were not so blue. After a day of looking at it, I wish I had purchased the other brand I was looking at. We only use our microwave for basic functions like reheating leftovers, but we cook a lot. Our last Frigidaire microwave was great until it died. The stove is very nice. The delivery not so nice. Afternoon delivery turned out to be a 9pm arrival. First comment from delivery person was we are only installing the oven not the microwave above it. Writing an additional review since I can’t update the last. Just had to do another warranty call and we just purchased this microwave in June 2022. First call, the unit wouldn’t even turn on. Now, we tried to use it and it would make a zap/clicking sound before it would shut off. One of the plastic clips was singed like it was getting burned.
