Our Samsung suffered a compressor failure in July of last year. So we purchased this Frigidaire after seeing the positive reviews. We get it in, and install the water line for the ice maker. In the 13 months we have owned the fridge, we have had to have 8 service calls for the ice maker alone because it would stop working. We followed everything Frigidaire recommends to keep it from happening and nothing helps. They even replaced the ice maker itself last month and it still doesn’t function ...
Good Refrigerator

Had an issue with the freezer door seal that a tech is going to address, but other than that, the unit works well, water always tastes like water (no flavor) and low energy consumption. I purchased the black stainless unit which has a classy look.

Would Not RecommendMy new Frigidaire refrigerator seems to be adequate --- after one week of usage. It suits my current needs although I am perturbed that the interior shelves have limited adjustability. My previous refrigerators offered greater shelf and bin positioning. I have only had it two weeks but so far so good. The only complaint I have is the owners manual isn't what it used to be but that is all owners manuals nowadays. I am 71 years old and like a more detailed manual.
