IAm very disappointed with lowe's and how many times I had to go back to get the correct refrigerator. I will in the future check around before I even purchase another appliance from lowe's.. the delivery was smooth and the people delivered were competent.

Love the lighting and how it comes on gradually. Ice maker works great and I love the small cubes. The only thing that I don't like is that the temperature controls and water dispenser are on the door. Haven't had much trouble with it though so not a big deal. Otherwise this is a great fridge.

Touch buttons on the inside of door are too sensitive and sometimes get touched on accident. Water dispenser works great and can fill any sized container.

Water Dispenser stopped working after 4 mo
I called Lowe's they transferred me to Frigidaire. The process that Frigidaire has been frustrating. Hopefully after the long customer service call I will get resolution.

Better Quality Control Needed

I loved it until it broke in 18 weeks
Would Not RecommendI loved it. We recently did kitchen over and it took me forever to pick appliances. Turns out it took me longer to pick them than they lasted . I do love this fridge, but feel frustrated. Paid for extended service which was great they came out twice . They tried to fix freezer , but the company wouldn’t pay for part so they issued reimbursement. Problem is I bundled and bought during sale, now I can’t afford to buy the fridge back .

Nice refrigerator

Now they seem fine. I was concerned with the stainless steel look in my kitchen but it is fine. I can't say enough about Cluetts. The sales dept. Is wonderful and installation guys were great.
