Decided life was too short to continue emptying ice cube trays and bought a new fridge with an icemaker. There are not enough good words I can say about how happy I am with my automatic cube dispenser in the door! Lowe's had a nice selection of appliances in store for me to consider and Tom in Hagerstown helped me pick out the right one for me. It was delivered within a few days and installed perfectly in my kitchen. I can only repeat again, I love, love, love my new fridge and thank you Lowe's ...

Do NOT buy - fridge CRACKS

Fridge on inside and outside started to crack just after 1 year warranty ended- or at least that’s when first noticed it! Pictures as proof. The inside storage baskets crack easily. The one pictured is a lower shelf we barely use but has a massive crack. Other cracks on shelf also. Absolutely horrible quality.

Very Poor Quality Control

The air filtration piece in the top of the refrigerator was not attached on one end. Upon closer inspection, it is a very bad design and should have been checked prior to being sent out of factory. When returning to the store, there were two models on the floor. One model was also loose and flopping around, the other was attached and solid at both ends.

Went for this to replace an older LG that died. Always loved Frigidaire so I sprung for the Profile Energy star unit. I got a lemon. It will not cool below 40+ degrees even set at lowest 33 degree setting. I bought extra thermometers, inside tests between 40-48, not acceptable. LOWES return window is 48 hours. Frididaire says give the unit 48 hours to balance. WHAT A SCAM. So unit won’t work, Lowes won’t exchange it (they installed it for a $$) Frididaire tech already came out said there is noth...

i am a bit dissatisfied with not only the fridge, but also Lowe’s for not having the fridges plugged in so the consumer can hear them and know what to expect!! I had originally purchased this from Dave and after a weened of letting it acclimate, we noticed unsettling noises - well outside that of a solenoid opening and closing for water! Had the only service tech come out and he told me there are known issues with the compressor on this specific MFL, and that it shows it is on back order witho...

Great little details and quiet

Bought a month ago and fridge is very quiet and has been running great. Enjoy the storage it provides and the layout.
